CLAAS·JINYEE is a German agricultural machinery giant with its Chinese factory located in Shandong. A large amount of welding fume is generated during welding operations in its workshop. Based on the on-site inspections from the customer's site, combined with our company's experience in welding fume control, we have designed a set of special solutions suitable for CLAAS·JINYEE

Normal welding fume purification equipment has a small processing capacity and is only suitable for local ventilation, and is not suitable for ventilation in large workshops such as CLAAS·JINYEE. Therefore, our company combined relevant engineering experience and related materials to re-developed a set of self-circulating welding fume extraction system with large air volume for the CLAAS·JINYEE.

The self-circulating welding fume extraction tower is a new product developed by Qingdao Power Space Environmental Protection for large-scale workshops. This set of equipment adopts European standards and German technology, which fills the gap in the domestic industry, and solves the difficult control problems of fume and dust in large-scale workshops which has many work stations.

The air outlet of this set of equipment can send the wind 15 meters away, so that the workshop air can form a stable horizontal flow air layer at a certain height. The processing air volume has reached 20000m3/h, and the effective filtration area exceeds 400 square meters according to the actual height of the workshop.
